As cameras, screens and simulated charts sometimes don't quite capture the true color or texture of a vinyl material. Order a Vinyl Sample Swatch Here and be sure that you're getting the color you want.
Vinyl:
Our vinyl stickers and decals are made from high quality Orafol, 3M, Avery Dennison or Hexis outdoor automotive grade vinyl materials. These materials are rated by the manufacturer for 5-7 years in direct UV exposure outdoor environments, unless otherwise stated. Vinyl decals are typically made to order on our in-house Roland vinyl cutting systems. Anything can be customized, so if we don’t have a particular size or color listed, let us know we can probably make it happen. More information on vinyl and installation can be found HERE.
Color Matching:
*Copper Metallic is the closest match to the Wilderness Edition Trim color
*Red Orange is the closest match to the Forester Sport Trim color
*Sky Blue is closest match to the Hyper Blue paint color
*Gloss Blue Metallic is closest match to the WR Blue paint color
*Fluorescent Yellow is the closest to the STi caliper color
*Yellow Metallic is the closest to the Trim color on the Crosstrek Sport
*Matte Military Green is a close hue match to Crosstrek Alpine Green
Textured Vinyl:
*Cast textured vinyls may impart a texture on vinyl that is laminated on top of it. This occurs with our standard emblem overlay production process. If you don't want that to occur, we can use a different manufacturing technique.
Expected Vinyl Life:
*Fluorescent Yellow may fade rapidly in sunlight.
*Chrome vinyls, 2 year outdoor service life.
*All other vinyls have a 5-7 year outdoor service life.
*Printed vinyl 2+ year outdoor life. (still testing how long with new UV laminate)
All vinyl service life claims are estimations based on manufacturers service life claims and or observed outdoor life testing. Many variables and conditions are at play with the service life of vinyl and may or may not represent your use case.
