Vinyl Stickers, Decals & Overlays are made to order and are typically processed in 2 weeks (Monday - Friday). Orders made after working hours are counted as coming in the next day. Orders that are made over the weekend are counted as coming in on Monday.  2 week lead time does not apply to orders that have purchased the Fast Shipping + Expedite Fee option, those are made fast in (1-3 days).

All overlay items are configured to match stock USDM (United States Domestic Market) vehicle configurations of emblems based off of model year, make and model, unless otherwise stated. If unsure about your vehicle's configuration, or unsure if an emblem will fit your country's vehicle type, or fit your cool JDM front sport mesh grill, please contact us.

Emblem Overlays are multi-layered vinyl that will last for years with proper installation and care.

Orders are made to the specifications provided by you the customer. We are not liable for orders that are improperly specified after shipment. Please carefully review your order email receipt for any errors. If you have any questions or need help ordering or correcting an order, please contact us.

Pictures displayed on product pages are examples of combinations, either actual or simulated.

If you want a proof or picture of anything that doesn't have to be custom designed, please ask before we start production on your order, as once it's made it can't be unmade. Another good resource to see different colors and combinations is on our social media accounts.

Custom designed orders may take additional processing time to complete and require you the customer to approve production after the proof is emailed to you via the email address you provided. If we cannot get a hold of you, we will contact you via other methods you provided. If we still cannot get a hold of you after a 72 hour period, we will proceed with production and ship the order without your approval.

Changes to order colors or designs, are permissible as long as we have not started production on your order. However, some changes may necessitate an up charge of $5 or more. 

Customers are not entitled to products or services they have not paid for.  



We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations, but if you run into this problem contact us as there could be an error occurring.

Continental U.S. Shipping Time Estimates:

  • USPS Ground Advantage, 3-5 days
  • USPS Priority, 2-3 days
  • USPS Priority Express, 1-2 days

We have expedited production services to shipping on some of our shipping services in the U.S. When Shipping + Expedite fee is selected you get to cut the line and your order is made fast in 1-3 days, instead of the typical 2 week production lead time.  

***You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships, to the email address you provided*** If your email address is incorrect you will not receive an email. We do typically catch typos and update our systems when we can, but make sure your email address is correct. If your email box is full you will also not receive an emails.

When you place an order, our system will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. This is only a quoted estimation and is not a guarantee of shipping transit time.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound or ounce depending on shipping method.

The shipping rate is also based off of the carriers policies and may change based on global price changes and seasonal price fluctuations. 

Shipping must be trackable, we cannot mail items in a regular stamped envelope due to shipping requirements by our payment processors.

For filling out U.S. addresses at checkout:

Field 1: Country
Field 2: First name
Field 3: Last name (full last name, not just an initial)
Field 4: Address number and Street name, followed by type of street either full or abbreviated (St Ave, Blvd, etc.)
Field 5: Is optional and for apartments, units, suites, spc, #, etc. (Put your unit number here NOT in field 4 or you will not get your order!) 
Field 6: Is optional company name or ATTN (use this field if your shipment is going where multiple people work or someone is receiving it for you)
Field 7: City
Field 8: State
Field 9: Postal code / Zip code
Field 10: Phone number (Only used if we can't get a hold of you via email for an issue)

Please carefully review your order email receipt for any address errors. If you need us to correct something contact us.

We do ship internationally. If your country has VAT / Taxes / duties, you will have to pay them. We will not label items as gifts to illegally subvert your tax obligations.

Note that USPS First Class Mail Parcels are NOT insured. Only USPS Ground Advantage, Priority & Priority Express Mail are insured up to $100. Not having insurance can cause lengthy delays and loss of money in the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit. In the event an item is lost or damaged, the addressee will have to provide proof for a claim to be processed. More information can be found on USPS's website.

Items lost in transit, must go through the search and claim system process of the respective shipping company, before we call it a total loss. We must be contacted before 60 days have passed from the ship date. If you do not contact us before then or complete the necessary forms or tasks involved with the claim by the respective due dates, you may forfeit a replacement. 

Packages that are returned to sender (RTS) are subject to an extra $5.00 handling fee that will be included into the re-shipping cost.  It is up to the customer to ensure that the address is correct when provided at checkout and or to investigate why the package was undeliverable.


Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened/unused items within 15 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee.  You are responsible for insuring/tracking return shipments.  We are not responsible for lost/stolen shipments, please file a claim with the shipping service. Our return policy excludes vinyl stickers / decals  due to the custom nature and made to order manufacturing process of vinyl products. If we ship you an item that is different from that on the order invoice, we will pay the return shipping costs or just send you a new item.  If you improperly ordered or specified in error for vinyl products, you the customer is at fault, as orders are made to exacting specifications based on the invoice created during the ordering process.  

In most cases, you should expect to receive your refund within a 1-2 weeks of us receiving the returned package, however, in many cases you will receive a refund faster. It may take a short time for us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), plus the time it takes your bank/card to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

You can generate a return by logging into your account, on subiestickers.com, view the order using the "Orders" link under the user toolbox menu (First icon, Person symbol in the upper right corner.) Once in Orders, click the Return Item(s) button. You'll then have to wait for return approval. Once approved, package and ship to:

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item(s). Items must be returned in 15 days or less.

Orders placed on other sites are governed by the Returns policy on those sites unless this policy is incorporated by reference.

Unauthorized returns will be refused with no refund.


Cancellation Policy

You may contact us within a 72 hour period to cancel your order, before shipment has occurred. Please allow 3-5 business days for the cancellation to be processed or in most cases sooner, plus the time it takes your payment method to process the request and refund your account. A non-refundable 10% cancellation transaction fee charged by the credit card / PayPal / website and other account processors will not be refunded. If cancellation takes place after the 72 hour period an additional 15% is to be applied.

If you're cancelling and reordering due to an error, you're still subject to the transaction fee. Orders can be corrected without reordering please contact us.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to; unavailability of item(s), material(s), errors in the product description, errors with your order, and if an illegal or unauthorized transaction is suspected. Customers are not entitled to product or services they have not paid for.
