    • How long will it take for my order to ship?

      Most orders will process in approximately 2 weeks (Mon-Fri) before shipping. Check the top of the website for a more accurate estimation.

      This is our production "lead time." You'll get an email notification when your order is getting close to being shipped, as well as a shipped notification with a tracking number link, once shipped.

      All vinyl orders are custom and made to order to your specifications and that takes time. We do have expedite options for faster processing under shipping at checkout.

    • What should I do if I'm having trouble ordering?

      Contact us! You've probably stumbled upon an issue with the website we're not even aware of.

    • What payment methods do you take and how?

      We can process most credit cards online. We also take Google Pay and Apple Pay.

      As of 8/3/2021 we no longer take PayPal.

      We do not take payments over the phone due to PCI compliance requirements with our payment processor.


    • How can I see all the different designs and color combinations?

      The best place to look is on our Instagram account: www.instagram.com/subiestickers/

      If not there, contact us as we have thousands of pictures of various combinations.


    • Can you ship in a stamped envelope?

      No, we cannot ship in a stamped envelope, due to our payment processors' policies on shipment tracking and the damage that could occur to the product in a thin paper envelope.

    • I'm local, can I pick up my order?

      No, we currently do not have the ability for you to pick up your order.

    • Do you ship to other countries?

      Yes we do. To find out shipping costs, just shop on the website and put in your address in the checkout cart.

      Note, if your country has VAT / Taxes, import duties, etc. you'll have to pay them.

    • What does Awaiting Fulfillment mean?

      "Awaiting fulfillment" is a real-time status that means we have received your order and you're in the production queue or we may be currently working on your order.

      There is no "In production" status in our system. Your order will be updated to "Shipped" or "Shipping Soon" once we finish making or pick your items from inventory.

      When your order is changed to "Shipped" this will cause our system to send an email with a tracking number and link to the email address you provided.

    • What makes your emblem overlays different?

      We make 3 types of emblem overlays.

      1. Our standard emblem overlays are multilayered with a base or background of premium cast vinyl with air release adhesive. This is so they are able to be positioned before pressure is applied and installed dry. You then can easily get any trapped air out. This type of vinyl is typically double the price of calendared vinyl. It also has shape memory and can return to its previous form with heat.

      2. Our Printed emblem overlays are printed with UV resistant ink on a UV resistant vinyl material with a gloss clear UV resistant laminate. This also has air release adhesive for an easy dry install.

      3. Our Tough emblem overlays are made by reverse cutting the design to make them more resistant to harsh cleaning or rubbing. These emblems may be made from calendared or cast vinyl. They also come on transfer tape and probably need to be installed wet if the adhesive doesn't have air release adhesive. *printed or tough will be noted in the product description, anything else is standard emblem overlays.

    • Why am I paying sales tax when my billing address is not in Florida?

      You are not. The website calculates with sales tax before you put in your billing address information. Once you input your address and update. You should see no sales tax on the final total before paying. You can also verify on your email receipt.

    • Can I change or correct my order after I've placed it?

      Yes, as long as we haven't started production yet. Some changes may be subject to price increases. You're allowed one change, free of a service fee. After that, you will be charged for changes.

    • How are stickers and decals shipped?

      Stickers and decals are shipped in a cardboard mailer to prevent them from being bent.

      Large banner decals are loosely rolled and shipped in a box.

      All packages are shipped with tracking so you can check the status of the shipment.


      We cannot ship anything in a regular stamped envelope due to trackable shipping requirements by our payment processors.

    • How can I order Emblem Overlays if my vehicle or aftermarket sport mesh grill or emblems are not listed?

      If we don't have it as an option, we'll need to verify the size and add it. Contact us to get the process started.

    • How do I know if I have a stock or sport mesh / aftermarket grill?

      Look up your year and model of your vehicle and compare pictures of grills with your grill or just send us a picture to be sure.

    • What should I do if my order never arrived?

      Contact us and we'll see what went wrong. However, if tracking on the order has a USPS delayed messaged etc. that's a USPS problem, contact them.

      Also, note if shown delivered and you didn't get it, that is also an issue with USPS and you need to start an investigation / claims process.

      If tracking shows not delivered and hasn't been scanned in awhile, contact us within 30-60 days of shipping and we can investigate and start a missing mail search.

      We do not replace packages lost in the mail that were not insured. Ground Advantage and Priority shipping is insured up to $100. If it gets lost, then we can file a claim.

      If your order exceeds $100 and you want additional insurance contact us.


    • What should I do if my order doesn't fit?

      Contact us and we'll figure out what went wrong.

    • Do your emblem overlays cover the chrome around the emblem?

      No, they do not. They only cover the blue emblem oval only on newer Subaru vehicles and the whole emblem on older generation vehicles where there was no chrome bezel.

    • Can you still use the rear gate lift on a 2020+ Subaru Outback with your emblem overlays?

      Yes. The ultrasound travels right through the rear emblem and should detect your hand hovering in front of it.

    • Can you mirror a decal?

      Yes. We can mirror decals for the left and right of your vehicle or if you want to apply your decals to the inside of your vehicle's glass. Just add a note when ordering.

    • Do you do custom design orders?

      Yes we do, but on a limited availability basis. Contact us with what you have in mind, and we'll consider if we want to take it on based on the amount of open orders etc.

    • Are your vinyl products made in the USA?

      Our vinyl products are designed and cut in the USA from high-quality vinyl material that is certified to (ISO 9001:2008) that is also made in the USA.

    • Do you have discounts?

      Absolutely, we offer repeat customer discounts, discounts for those that post and tag us on social media (for your next order). Note: tag us, don't just @subiestickers in the description or we'll miss it. If you haven't received one before ordering contact us and we'll verify.

      We also offer U.S. Veteran Service Member, LEO, Fire and EMT/Paramedic discounts. Please contact us before ordering as we cannot retroactively apply discounts.
