Australian Shipping Updates

Hi Subie fam down under, it seems your country has put us in a difficult situation.

As of 9/3/21 USPS First Class International Parcel service was suspended and now as of 9/17/21 USPS Priority International has been suspended as well.

This is due to COVID lockdowns closing mail centers and international flight cancellations.

All Australian open orders will be put on hold until further notice or until we figure out a solution.

You'll all be individually contacted as we get close to your order in the production queue. *We'll just ship instead.

9/24/21 Update: We are able to ship out majority of the open orders to Australia using Global Post. We have no experience with it, but it's the only cost effective solution right now.

We've reinstated shipping to Australia in checkout. ***However, this is really for small flat items. We can't ship shirts, hats, keychains or banner decals until Australia and the U.S. reinstate USPS / Aust Post parcel service. 

If there is an issue with shipping your order, you'll be contacted.

***Expect extraordinary long shipping times!

3/16/22 Update: USPS has resumed shipping to Australia and New Zealand!

Whew, Global Post wasn't great, they took forever and lost numerous packages, but we got through it.

Thanks to everyone that stuck with us through these challenging times.

Hopefully we never need to do this again!
